The New York Times reports that a growing trend among high school graduates is to enroll in foreign universities, especially in Canada and England. A major reason? Tuition at these private universities is less than tuition at American private universities.
But there are downsides to getting your education abroad: Less of a variety of courses, less individual attention from professors, and very few existing networking opportunities.
